Permits are limited to 8 visitors per gorilla family per day. We hold permits up to 6 months in advance — book early during peak season (Jun–Sep, Dec–Feb).

Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.

Cancel 7+ days out: full refund. 3–6 days: 50% refund. Under 3 days: no refund, but we'll try to rebook your dates.
